Established in 1979, Pan Asian Holdings Limited (“PAHL” or “The Group”) is a one-stop provider of quality piping system solutions for infrastructure projects in the water industry, catering specifically to the water purification and wastewater treatment industry. Through close collaboration with our strategic partners and customers, we provide customised and cost-effective solutions for turnkey projects and water pipe network rehabilitation for utilities providers.

We currently supply over 750 items of ductile iron pipes, valves, gates, couplings and related accessories in the assembling of integrated water piping systems. Leveraging on our technical expertise and over 30 years of industry experience, we continue to distinguish ourselves as a preferred provider of customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers spanning 14 countries across Asia, the Middle East and other locations around the world.

With the burgeoning growth of the water industry in recent years, PAHL is well-poised to leverage on its premium brand name to expand regionally in countries, such as Vietnam, Hong Kong, Brunei, Cambodia etc. Led by an experienced and proactive management team, PAHL will continue to expand its reach across the water sector, while moving up the value chain by offering higher value products and services.

Headquartered in Singapore, PAHL currently has subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Netherlands and Jakarta as well as a representative office in Vietnam with staff strength of over 200. The Company was listed on the Singapore Exchange Dealing and Automated Quotation System ("SGX-SESDAQ”) in September 2004.

PAHL supplies an extensive product range with over 750 items of ductile iron pipes, valves, gates, couplings and related accessories crucial in the assembling of integrated water piping systems. With our industry experience, we also provide value-added services such as consultancy and technical assistance on functional design specifications for complicated piping systems configuration.

An integral partner with leading brands

We have established close rapport with our principals who are leading brands in the industry like Kubota, Viking Johnson and Rodney Hunt. Most of our distribution arrangements with our principals are exclusive, and cover countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Brunei and Vietnam.

We have long term working relationships with many of our principals who view us as an integral link to serving the region. For example, Kubota, one of our key principals, has appointed us as its original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) in the fabrication of welded-on flanged ductile iron pipes.

Building relationships with strong customer support

We have enjoyed repeat businesses from more than 70% of our customers. This is testament to our commitment to consistently deliver quality products and services to our customers through a wide sourcing network and deep product knowledge in the performance characteristics, industrial designs and applications of a diverse range of piping systems and related accessories. Our customer base stretches across 14 countries and we are regularly involved in public utilities projects in potable water, wastewater treatment and reclaimed water (NEWater) infrastructure development.

Sizeable inventory to reduce response time

Having our own warehousing facilities enables us to manage inventory levels efficiently to meet customers’ requirements within a relatively short time. Our ability to keep pace with the schedules of our customers serves to further enhance our competitive edge.

Commitment to quality

Consistency in the quality of our products is essential in maintaining our competitive advantage. Hence, we have periodic review with our principals and customers on quality control and assessment procedures; and conduct regular product inspections before final delivery to customers.

Experienced and qualified management team

On average, our Executive Directors and Executive Officers have more than 10 years of experience in the supply of piping systems and related accessories.
